Kids and adults will continue a West Valley holiday tradition when Skate Westgate opens in Glendale.

The outdoor rink will real ice opens for the season from 4 to 10:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3 at Fountain Park inside the Westgate Entertainment District, 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd.

The season runs daily through Monday, Jan. 15, including on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

All skill levels are welcome.

Most weekday hours for Skate Westgate go from 4 to 9:45 p.m. Most Fridays and Saturdays go from 11 a.m. to 10:45 p.m., and most Sundays are open from 11 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased near the rink in Fountain Park. Skating sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Only Visa/Mastercard accepted.

Pricing:

ADULTS/CHILDREN: $22 (includes skate rental), $18 (bring your own skates)

TODDLERS: $18 (includes double-blade ice skate rental, sizes 9T–12T only)

MILITARY: $18 with proper ID (includes skate rental)

SEASON PASS: $155 (includes skate rental)

SOCKS: $5
