Every month I’m putting the spotlight on a local business that is one of my favorites and I believe everyone should know about.
This month I’m talking about Pad Thai Cafe.
Pad Thai Cafe is located on the SEC of 51st Ave & Union Hills, just across from the high school.
The owners are friends of mine, so I am a bit partial, but they have some of the best Thai food I have found in the Arrowhead area. I’m a huge curry fan and it has been excellent each time I’ve had it.
One thing that has become a regular for us, is Pad See Ew. I had not tried this before having it here and it is my go to if I don’t get the curry.
