I’d heard good things about George & Son’s, but never seemed to to be in that area at the right time. So I stopped in and gave it a try and I’m wishing I hadn’t waited so long.
I was feeling nostalgic & basic that day so I went with the old stand by of Sweet & Sour Chicken. It was every bit of what I was expecting, just the right combination of the sweet and not too sour. Plus it was an amazing bright red color that helped cap off my experience.

I look forward to going back and trying some of their house specialties.

Hi J.D. I agree that the burnt ends aren’t what they used to be and haven’t been for a long time I’ve lived here 22 years and I do really like Dylan’s. They do seem to be just cut from a brisket I’ve had them come out where they have sat in the brisket broth and been soft and not crispy. Sometimes they’re a little more crispy but not charred and Rich tasting. I agree their beans are fantastic! The fries are boring. The chicken wings are big and juicy and crispy with the buffalo on the side. Try those sometime they’re great.
