Christmas is just under six months away, but shops and restaurants in downtown Glendale are giving people an early taste of the holiday season.
The 16th annual Christmas in July event takes place on July 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Old Towne and Catlin Court shopping and dining districts, according to a press release.
“Many of the renowned boutique stores, specialty shops and iconic eateries will feature festive treats, holiday gift ideas and merry make-and take-crafts,” event organizers said in the release.
The event is presented by the Historic Downtown Glendale Merchants Association in partnership with the downtown business community.
