The market has shifted…the greatest sellers market ever, IS OVER.

Yup, that’s right. The crazy frenzied market we’ve experienced for the past two years here in Arrowhead Ranch is behind us.

As of today, there are more homes actively for sale here in Arrowhead Ranch than I can remember over the past five years. But what does that really mean? It doesn’t mean home prices are going to crash or even come down a little (in my opinion). It means buyers have more choices and the playing field is much more level than it was just a few months ago.

If you’re selling a home today, you no longer get to call the shots and give buyers an 8 minute window to see the home and expect over asking price offers by the dozen with no repairs and no appraisal. You have to be realistic on pricing as well.
