What started as a big square hole in the ground is now under construction in what appears to be a ‘Carvana Vending Machine‘ similar to the one at Rural Road & the Loop 202 in Tempe.
This new location is just north of Arrowhead Cadillac on the west side of 83rd Avenue, right by Costco.
