Thirsty Lion Gastropub announced plans Monday to open its fifth and largest Arizona location at Westgate in Glendale next year.
Located on the corner of West Coyote and Sunset Boulevard, the 9,800-square-foot restaurant will be a two-story design and feature a rooftop patio complete with an indoor/outdoor bar.
The dining room will be able to hold 400 guests when it opens in December 2022.
“Our newest Arizona location reflects the growth we see for the Thirsty Lion brand,” John Plew, president and CEO of Thirsty Lion Gastropub, said in the release.
